My Approach
I approach couples therapy with a focus on the emotions underlying day-to-day interactions and conflicts. The goal of treatment is not solely to adjust communication patterns, but to increase trust and intimacy by creating a more secure emotional bond, which leads to fewer negative interactions.

I believe successful couples work is rooted in respecting the validity of each partner's experience. I don't "take sides," but rather serve as a neutral third party who facilitates the development of mutual understanding.
