My Approach
I approach therapy from a psychodynamic perspective, focusing on the impact of unresolved internal conflicts, relationships with others, and sense of self on the way clients process and engage with the world around them. I also incorporate relational elements into my practice, utilizing the therapeutic relationship as both a source of support and a vehicle for change.
I believe empathy and respect are the foundation of successful therapeutic work, and I seek to create a safe, supportive environment in which to assist clients in working toward achieving their treatment goals.
